Q: How much do you charge?

A: This is by far the most common question we receive and unfortunately it is also the hardest to answer. We offer such a wide range of services and every job is very different. If you'd like to contact us with specifics, we can give you an estimate. You can either fill out our client questionnaire... or just "request more info"

Q: Do you host websites?

A: Yes, we offer a very robust web hosting solution. You can find out more information on our web hosting page.

Q: Can you update websites periodically?

A: Of course. We keep in contact with many of our clients after the initial work is completed. Just drop us a line and let us know what needs to be updated on your site. Many small changes can be made the within a day at little charge.

Q: How can I be sure you're coming up with a design I will like?

A: We believe in good communication with our clients through frequent emails or phone calls. We also want you to be able to see the work in progress so you can tell us what you like and don't like, thus keeping us on track. We'll set up a client area on our development server, where you can go to see how far along we are and make sure you are satisfied with the progress. It's this type of steady communicating that makes a project run smoothly.

Q: Do you use a contract with your clients?

A: Yes. Before we begin work, we will send you a basic contract specific to your particular job. This is done in order to ensure both parties understand the work requested and what the fee will be. Clients sometimes make special requests at this point. If you have any special concerns let us know and we can make any arrangements you feel are necessary.

Q: Do you backup the files you create?

A: Yes, we have every file from all our clients archived. If your file accidentally gets lost or deleted let us know and we can send you our backup copy.

Q: How will I get the final product?

A: Any way you wish. In the case of websites, we will upload it to your web server. If the work is graphics, we can post it on the web or attach it with email. We can also ship art work, disks etc. via mail, Fed Ex, or UPS. If the work is digital we will always have a back-up copy with us in case your package gets lost or damaged.

Q: With so many web designers out there, how do I know you're credible?

A: The best way is for you to take a look at the projects we've done and talk to our past clients. You can contact anyone we've worked with and ask them what it's like to work with us.
